No.36 as modified by Circular of the 24th August 1908,

I have the honour to submit my annual Confidential

reports:-

on officers seeking or fitted for promotion

outside the Colony.

(B)

On Army officers on the active list seconaded

for service in the Colony.

In accordance with instructions contained

in your predecessor's despatch (Confidential) of the

2nd March 1910, I have omitted reports on subordina te

officers, and in the case of officers whose reports

would be identical with those submitted last year I

have merely noted the fact against their names in the

Index without duplicating the report.

accordance with your wishes.
